Yes I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers using with and without Compatibility Mode but to no avail. We need more information to assist you in a better way. To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver. In reply to Niyamath Mohammed's post on January 12, I have the same question 9.

When I click on "Update Driver", the following message is displayed after it searches for the driver.
