Ya need to get the drivers off the ASUS disk, transfer them to a floppy, hit F6 when windows tells you to during windows install I turned on the computer using the IDE disk - I installed the driver and the wata disk with the SATA connection connected via the controller - recognized in Windows ie - the moment I get into my computer I see it.
We probably have to go back to SiS with this complaint, since it seems to be carried over from the Reference board. Not enough disk can be creedted raid and there is nothing to do except go out. As soon as these two steps have been blocked, an automatic restart is performed - after which nothing happens - the status of the entry to the installation is simply reversed probably because the hard disk is not detected. Is the IDE drive the drive on which the operating ssta is installed?
I would be happy to have a way to solve the problem. We generally prefer p4s800s location above the slots for the audio connectors — it makes it easier to route audio cables. I have broken 2 SATA inputs on my motherboard type: I have purchased a new sata hdd and try to install win xp but I couldn't.
Might take a few tries to get it right. It might not be a bootable disk.
